Cold Ship Items
Certain items require to be shipped in a temperature controlled box. Cold Ship items can only be shipped using Cold Shipping service options for in-time delivery. If an order contains a Cold Ship item, shipping service options available to select will be from Cold Ship service options. Items in Cold Ship service do not qualify for free shipping. Any non-cold ship items in the order will be shipped by Standard Shipping service.
Order Processing Time
For orders with Rx items, processing time starts when approved prescriptions for each of the Rx items in the order have been received (it is not the time when order is placed). If an order contains an Rx item, the entire order is considered an Rx order.
